Your Order Cancellation Rights
The solicitation for cancellation of your order should be made within 24 hours and if the cancellation will be made inside 48 hours so we will refund the entire sum in purchaser’s account, however in the vent that client still wishes to drop the order so the accompanying conditions will apply:
Cancellation of the order after 48 hours will bring about an immediate deduction of 35% from your paid sum.
Cancellation of the order within 5 days before delivery will bring about an immediate deduction of 50% from the paid sum.
No cancellation will be engaged after 5 days of order affirmation.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 21 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should contact us for the address to send the Goods too.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Simply fill out the form below, and Guarded Gear will get in contact within 2 - 3 business days. You have 21 days of the date of your original order to ship returned items. Please note, that Guarded Gear reserves the right to not cover any return costs if we are not at fault. If we made a mistake, fill out the form and we'll send you a pre-paid packing slip.
How long does it take to process my return?
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your package to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, you will have to purchase other items with a given gift card code. We’ll make sure to keep you informed and send you an email as soon as your package arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing your order! For questions regarding your order, please fill out the form above and we promise to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
Where do you ship too?
We are currently in the process of expanding our warehouses so as of now, we currently ship within the United States including Puerto Rico & Alaska.
When will I be charged?
When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
